Fit As a Mother is for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum who want to safely rebuild strength, heal their core and pelvic floor, and get back to workouts they love - leak-free and pain-free. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum or several years down the road, it's never too late to start.
What makes fit as a mother different from other postpartum workouts or pelvic floor PT?
Unlike cookie-cutter fitness plans or one-off PT visits, this program blends expert pelvic floor and core rehab with full-body strength training - plus weekly coaching and direct access to me for feedback, form checks, and motivation.
